RETURNS POLICY

All UK customers have a statuary right to return online orders for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Please note we don't offer free returns, delivery and return is NON refundable on goods ordered in error, or goods that are no longer required.

**All items returned must be UNUSED, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition** Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if a customer simply does not like the scent of the product, we strongly recommend all customers to read the item(s) product description for a thorough scent description. 

Faulty/Damaged Products

If in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

Incorrect Orders/Missing Goods

We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please advise us within 48hrs of receiving your goods.

We will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect goods.

So in the event that you need to send something back: 

Before returning your item(s) use the returns form provided to let us know that we can expect your parcel and why you're returning it.

Once you've completed the returns form online, simply complete the return form that was included with your order and pop it in with the items you're returning, then return it to the following address using your preferred carrier service (we recommended to use a tracked service)
