SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after processing and receiving payment Monday-Friday) Please note: we are unable to dispatch orders on weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and Bank Holidays.
Due to the nature of all of our products being handmade we cannot offer same day dispatch. please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed, for both tracked 24 & tracked 48 orders. During peak times or high demand times this may change to 3-5 working days.
Your tracking number for your order will automatically be applied once your order has been shipped.
ROYAL MAIL 24 TRACKED: All UK mainland orders except highland and remote areas that are received should expect your order to arrive within 2 working days. Once your order has been collected from the courier please allow an extra working day for your order to be scanned in. Your tracking number will automatically be sent with your order dispatch email. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances next day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to weather, industrial action and logistics issues.
ROYAL MAIL 48 TRACKED:
Orders placed with this service, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive. Once your order has been collected by the courier please allow an extra working day for your package to be scanned into the system. Your tracking number for your order will automatically be available once you have received your order dispatch email.
HIGHLAND & REMOTE AREAS - Some parts of the UK are not covered by our next-day service. Some AB postcodes and IV postcodes for example. Our main courier Royal Mail does not offer a next-day option in these areas so we always seek to use an alternative. Delivery options to these areas vary and are usually 2-5 working days.
NORTHERN IRELAND - Orders placed for this service please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. We are unable to offer a next day service to Northern Ireland and ongoing Brexit changes may pose further delays to orders being received and in some cases, we may need to cancel your order. If this happens we will tell you why and refund you in full quickly.
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri (excluding public holidays etc).
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Turbo Fresh reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
